This house
at the time
when the
work was
done was
about 16
years old
with
hardboard
siding that
was
failing.
There was a
fair amount
of rot on
the trim,
especially
around the
windows. On
some windows
the movable
parts were
rotting as
well |

The front of
the house is
getting
ready to
receive
stone
veneer. The
semi
circular,
wooden
window in
the middle
had to be
replaced
because of
high degree
of
deterioration. |

The new
window is
aluminum
clad on
outside and
should
weather much
better than
the
original. |
 |

The new
front door
with
sidelights is
mahogany and
will be
stained |
 |

The front
gable with
new look of
"cultured
stone"
veneer |
