"Dear Mr. Kwiatkowski:
Just a short word to let you know that I was every pleased with the recent work you did at my home including the repair of the brick patio which had deteriorated quite a bit. I realized that the removal of the paint from the surface was a major part. Unfortunately this could not be done by water pressure but required sandblasting. This was accomplished very expeditiously by your personnel and with minimum disturbance. The repair and replacement of the bricks was done for a very fine refurbishing of the patio surface. The other repairs were done in the same manner.
This is the third time that your organization has done home improvements for me and I have always been pleased with the results and the courteous and rapid response by yourself and your personnel. Incidentally your personnel are always most careful in following up and cleaning after their work and I have been very impressed by how neat and clean they are in their personal attire and operation in and around the home.

I wanted to tell you about the inspection of my home today. As you know, I put my house on the market in order to move to Kansas City. The house sold quickly, and today the inspector visited.
The inspector did a thorough search of the house, including a detailed investigation of the outside - where you company had done extensive work. The inspector reported that the exterior of the house was absolutely perfect. He said he was surprised, since wood houses often have rotting and other problems. he was extremely impressed with all of your work, especially the wrapped window frames.
Of course, this expert inspection only confirms what I told you when you originally did the work - this was a first rate job in every way. Your people were at all times professional, honest, and courteous. Every task was performed carefully, and everything was kept spotlessly clean. I am only sorry that you don't have a branch in Kansas City, since I know I won't be able to find another contractor as skilled as Cracovia.

The quality of the painting and the carpentry was first rate, but just as impressive as the craftsmanship was your work ethic. We were impressed from the start when Darius walked us through the project and again each day when Sylvester and the other talented members of your crew showed up early and worked without dawdling until late in the afternoon. You met you deadlines even when we added extra work.
I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. We have used other contractors that were supposedly high quality - their prices certain were high. They don't compare to Cracovia.

You and you staff are responsible for the wonderful outcome. Sylvester is exceptional in the detail and professional attitude he brings to his work. he is a very good painter. Joseph is a superb craftsman and very talented with his carpentry. You don't know how many positive comment we have received on the bookcase in the study, the kitchen wood flooring and the molding throughout. Daniel provided very fine electrical updates and the precision of his recessed lighting work has improved the overall view of the kitchen and baths.

As your painting team puts the finishing touches on our project, I write this to thank you for another superb job, completed in the time we agree upon and with the attention the fine detail we have come to appreciate and expect from Cracovia. Throughout their week-long stay here, your men have shown themselves to be the craftsmen and gentlemen they are.
I especially want to commend Daniel and Hubert for their excellent performance, and for the effort they put into the job, beyond what one would normally expect. During the entire week, they arrived on time, worked quietly and very quickly, always treating the house and the furniture they were handling with the utmost care and respect. Whenever there was a question to be settled, care was taken to ensure that each part was fully satisfied with the answer.
Everyday, Daniel and Hubert made a special effort to work around our schedule and were willing to accommodate our time constraints. I mention this point in particular, because as you know, we stayed in the house with our two small children while the work was going on. When it was nap time, Daniel and Hubert worked away from the sleeping area so the children would not be disturbed; when we managed the be out of the house, the worked quickly to take advantage of our being out of the way. They even whispered and tiptoed around, making sure that no doors were slammed to ensure the peace and quiet.
But what I am especially grateful for is the kindness, friendliness and patience with which they treated Madeleine and Sam. Despite the constant interruptions, Daniel and Hubert took the children's exuberant attention in stride and with good humor, never once showing impatience or annoyance. I am convinced that anyone else could not have gotten the job done with children underfoot.
As always, daily clean-up was most satisfactory. Even our housekeeper expressed surprised at how tidy the work area was at the end of each day. So once again, Darius, thank you for an excellent job - it continues to be a pleasure to use the services of your company, and we look forward to the next time we will need your help again. Please be sure to thank you team for being exemplary representatives of Cracovia.

For seven years we have called on Cracovia to help with numerous indoor and outdoor home improvement projects. Cracovia has expertly painted and wall-papered several rooms in our house. The men have repaired ceiling cracks and dry wall following installation of electrical units and wiring. They have attended to outdoor problems including gate and chimney repair and painting. We have confidence in Darius who very professionally provides us with advice and suggestions prior to the work date.
Almost more important than the work being done is the fact that Cracovia employees are very pleasant, quiet and neat. They arrive precisely at the scheduled time, work diligently until the project is completed, and leave each day without leaving a trace of disorder. Our house operated as usual on days Cracovia was there.
